Ringier Sports Media Group and Vicontrol SGPS S.A. have entered into an agreement for the purchase of A Bola

Swiss-based Ringier Sports Media Group (RSMG) and Vicontrol SGPS S.A. have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of A Bola (newspaper, digital and TV)  and AutoFoco magazine.

The transaction is expected to be completed within the upcoming weeks. 

Both parties have agreed to keep the sale price and the valuation of the parts of the companies being acquired confidential.
